Passion Fruit Vine – Granadilla Purple Passionfruit, Exotic Sweet Flesh
$15 + $6 USPS shipping
A passion fruit vine featuring granadilla — an exotic purple passionfruit known for its sweet, gelatinous flesh and crunchy, edible seeds. It’s a lovely choice for anyone who enjoys bright tropical flavors and a vigorous, fruiting vine.
The pulp is sweet and gelatinous with edible seeds. Enjoy it fresh by scooping the pulp, stir into drinks, fold into yogurt or desserts, or use as a tropical accent in sauces and dressings.
Care is straightforward for warm-climate gardeners: passion fruit vines do best in tropical and subtropical areas. Provide full sun to part shade, regular watering with well-draining soil, and protect from frost, as they are cold-sensitive. Over time they become vigorous climbing vines that will cover trellises, fences, or pergolas.
