Shipping & Returns
We're a small family homestead in Richmond Heights, Florida. Every plant is grown and packed by hand, and we want it to arrive happy. If something goes wrong, tell us and we'll make it right.
Shipping
- We ship within the United States with USPS. Shipping is a flat rate per item, shown at checkout.
- Orders usually ship within 3 business days. We ship live plants Monday to Wednesday so they don't sit in a warehouse over the weekend.
- Plants ship in their pot or bare-root, wrapped and boxed to protect leaves and roots. Some leaf drop or yellowing after shipping is normal and the plant recovers within a couple of weeks.
- You'll get a USPS tracking number when your order ships.
Where we can't ship
Agricultural rules limit where some plants can go:
- Sapodilla: no shipping to California, Arizona or Texas.
- Jackfruit and Sweet Tamarind: no shipping to California.
- Star Fruit, June Plum and Soursop trees are local pickup or delivery only (South Florida).
If an order comes in for an address we can't ship to, we'll cancel it and refund it in full.
Live arrival guarantee
If your plant arrives dead, broken or badly damaged, text or email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a free replacement, or a full refund if a replacement isn't available.
- Cuttings and slips are covered if they arrive dried out, moldy or crushed. Because rooting depends on care after delivery, we can't guarantee that every cutting roots.
- After the first 48 hours, the plant's care is in your hands, so we can't cover losses from weather, watering, pests or planting conditions. We're always happy to help with care questions, though.
- Delays caused by USPS are covered by this guarantee if the plant arrives in poor condition.
Raw honey
- If a jar arrives broken or leaking, send a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it.
- Because honey is a food product, we can't accept returns of opened jars. Crystallization is natural and not a defect: warm the closed jar gently in warm water to make it liquid again.
- Honey is not for infants under 1 year old.
Returns and refunds
- Live plants are perishable, so we don't accept returns for change of mind. If you have a problem with your order, contact us and we'll work it out.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method through Square. Banks usually show them within 5 to 10 business days.
- Wrong item sent? We'll send the right one at no cost.
Local pickup & delivery
Pickup is available in Richmond Heights, FL by appointment. Installation and local delivery are also available. Inspect your plant at pickup; if anything isn't right, we'll swap it on the spot.
