June Plum (Ambarella) is Spondias dulcis, a fast-growing tropical fruit tree that's quick to fruit. It's worth growing for its reliable pace and the bright, versatile fruit it produces.
The fruit are crisp, golden, and sweet-tart. They’re great fresh and are commonly used for juices and chutneys.
Care: Prefers full sun and regular water. Best suited to warm tropical/subtropical climates and not frost-tolerant. Grows into a compact 6–12 ft habit and is good in containers.
